Introduction: This a story about a player who had a moderate progression of increasing strength and vertical throughout her volleyball career. A division 1 outside hitter who transitioned from Middle Blocker. Footwork, balance, flexibility, and agility was the overall program design for first 2 phase of programming. She started this training freshmen year of high school. Initial Assessment results 9'3 approach touch. The goal was 10ft. keep in mind she was only 5'9ish. Year of mental acumen, strength training, high performance mindset. She reach her 10ft approach touch sophomore season at KSU. Best part of journey. 10, 000 plus jumps, 10, 000 plus lands not one injury throughout high school or college career
