Bridgett Keller
My career began as a collegiate volleyball player, where I played indoor and sand for Florida International University and later Middle Tennessee State. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, minoring in Nutrition. I went on to get my Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Liberty University. I followed my passion for athletics and fitness, working with a number of division one basketball and volleyball programs including: MTSU, Southern Mississippi, and Tulane University. During this time, I also coached club volleyball for MidTen where I lead team and private volleyball trainings in addition to speed and agility trainings. Throughout my time in college athletics, I worked primarily with men’s/women’s basketball and volleyball. I also have experience working with baseball and soccer. Following this, I lead various group HIIT classes, privately trained baseball teams and individuals around the New Orleans area. I specialize in training functional movements and strength training, utilizing all planes of motion with proper postural alignment to ensure optimal performance in sports specific skills, minimizing risk for injuries in any environment.
